Independent iPhone apps · Est. 2009

Small apps,
grumpily made.

I'm an indie developer. I build iPhone apps that do one thing properly, and I refuse to bolt anything else on.

Who's the curmudgeon?

One developer. Strong opinions about software.

I've been building apps since 2009. One of them, a speedometer from 2015, is still in use today. I'm tired of apps that want an account, your location history and a monthly fee before they'll tell you the time, so I make the opposite kind.

Every app here is built by me, supported by me, and answers to nobody's growth targets. If something's broken, you'll be talking to the person who broke it.
